I cannot find this anywhere to download. All I want is a list of all members even when offline so we can browse profiles. Where do I get this module?

Answer:

Add a new user menu item as a Link-URL and point it to
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=usersList
(this will be the searchable users list).
