I followed the link thanks, can't figure out where I missed how to due this. Thanks I have about 40 users needing to submit photos and stuff.

In your CB download there is a mod called comprofilermoderator.

After you install it, it is listed in your modules list named "cb workflows". You will be doing the approving from the front end, so make sure it is published and avialable to you in the front end of your site.

Once published, if there is something to approve a link will appear directing you to a approval screen.
