I use Joomla 3.4.1 and uddeIM 3.6.
In update sites in joomla's Extension Manager, i have only uddeIM Simple Notifier, so no update to 3.7.

How can i solve it ?

uddeIM Simple Notifier is not supported by me. Please contact the author for bugreports etc.

To upgrade uddeIM please use the correct package (*_j30.zip).

Yes, uddeIM Simple Notifier is not supported by you, it is just an exemple.
I just want to say that i don't have uddeIM in joomla's Extension Manager in order to update him.
But, maybe it is only possible with manual way ?

Strange.

You could do following:

1. Delete all com_uddeim folders (in administrator/components/ and components/) and delete all uddeim entries in Joomla tables. Then install the correct package for your Joomla version and you will find uddeIM in the extension manager).

OR

2. Unpack uddeIM package and upload and overwrite all files (except the config file) on your server.
