I have two Warnings under Joomla Extensions that says:

"The PHP temporary folder is not set"
"PHP upload size bigger than POST size"

Could this have something to do with the broken template? If so, how do I fix this? Thanks.

I'm updating this as Solved. The great tech support team at Template-Help solved it. The problem was the Lazy Load plugin which had to be disabled.

This can be done in Extensions - Plugins - Lazy Load TM.
