Come on guys. Why are you closing the thread.
Since I get an error that states "Disallowed Key Characters" after I change the allow BBcode setting in uddeIM I would like to know how can I just remove the smilies and the BBcode, See image.

I love the script but I am having issues that I would like to resolve. I'm a bit sketchy on changing anything in uddeIM setting now. Help?

You can remove everything in "includes.php" that is encapsulated in

[code:1]if($config->allowbb || $config->allowsmile){[/code:1]
or
[code:1]if($config->allowsmile){[/code:1]
or
[code:1]if($config->allowbb){[/code:1]

but I can assure you that this is not your problem. Just switch off smiley and bbcodes in the backend which will do the same.

Please post your installed modules and mambots. I am pretty sure that one of these is wither buggy or interferes with uddeIM.

is Jom Comment now. I re-installed my entire site and waited until last to install JC and now I get the error when I log in or out. Sorry guys.. Again.. My appologies.
