After installing the component, I tried to install the module as well. (I have to tell you that I had installed the 0.8 Version as well, side by side with my pms enhanced, which I was using on my side).

But when I try to install the module as well, I get the error, that there is a folder "mod_uddeim_new" which "already" exists, even when I delete it with JommlaXplorer.

How can I solve this issue?

Which version of mod_uddeim_new are you using? 0.8 or 0.9?

Have you deleted the module folder only? If so you should also delete mod_uddeim_new.php and mod_uddeim_new.xml stored in \modules.

Before installing the module check if mod_uddeim_new is still listed in the list of installed modules.

I uninstalled the module via the Joomla uninstaller, checked in /modules/ if there are the files and folder, deleted the folder and tried to install the module again.
After this, the error message came up.
(I´m trying to use 0.9)

Well, I checked it on J1.0 and J1.5 and both (de)installations were fine.

When you use J1.5 try not to use the ftp mode (Global configuration->Server).

For 1.5 ensure that the folder
\modules\mod_uddeim_new
(contains an additional folder mod_uddeim_new)
has been deleted.

For J1.0 ensure that both files
\modules\mod_uddeim_new.php and .xml
and the folder (with all files)
\modules\mod_uddeim_new\...
have been deleted.

It should work then, if not you can also try to locate the mod_uddeim entry in the database table "jos_modules" and delete it.
