Yes sir it got the xml file and joomla is working fine too.
And also get this error message on top edit->user profile
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/gamingra/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbcore/cb.core.php on line 240

after that edit details and the rest works fine, how to fix that so the error doesnt appear and also uddiem gives same error message again and again.
Pls help.

ok what is it is timing out or whatever, can u plas tell me how to first upload to the server and then just use install instead of upload and install.
I mean what should the path start from?the joomla source directory?

You can use any directory you like e.g. the temp directory.

It seems to be a bug in your PHP version:

Or Joomla has no rights to access the archive:
de2.php.net/zip_read

When using J!1.5 don't use the ftp mode.
You can also try to upload to a folder on your server, chmod 777 and use the local installer to install the package.


Or you have tried to install "udde****_unzip1st.zip". If so please read the last eight characters in the filename.
