Now my questions.

Is there any possibility to see some stats from Uddeim?
I mean for example:

• how many messages have been sent (today, yesterday, week...)
• who´s the most active user
• ...

I can´t find anything like that? Is this planed in the future?

No, it is not planned but you can open a feature request on the tracker if you like.
