Where can i change sender of e-mail from user e-mail adres to site e - mail adres ?

Now mail look like this:

Return-Path: <user1@user1.pl> - where can I change this ?
Received: from v.site0133.com (HELO qqq.site0133.pl)

Return-Path: user1@user1.pl
To: user2@user2.pl
From: site0133 <user1@user1.pl>
