I've downloaded uddeim0.9, and unzipped it.
when installing com_uddeim09b+.zip as a component, Joomla says there are 2 errors, the first is

error "PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4)"

the second
"installation file not found"...

if i install uddeim on my pc, it correctly runs... uploading it in the internet... it doesn't install!!

how can i do???

Is your server running Windows/IIS?

If so this might be your problem:

"IIS doesn't like php using C:\windows\temp as a temporary directory (although you would think since it's called 'temp', it wouldn't be a problem).

I suggest ensuring the webserver user has full access to write to the windows\temp. If that doesn't work, try using a different tmp directory."

on my server is not running windows...

the session folder /tmp_r/ is not writeable... can maybe it is the problem?

Then it is a problem with you server configuration, maybe an outdated zip library, maybe some access rights are not correct, maybe a buggy PHP version...

Btw do you use the "original" file or maybe a repacked file from somewhere else? Check if inside the zip is another zip.

The problem you have has nothing to do with uddeIM, so I can give you no support here.

tried to install uddeIM 1.0rc3 and got this error message.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/film/public_html/administrator/components/com_uddeim/admin.includes.php on line 315

Please goto joomlacode.org and download rc3hotfix1. The bug should be fixed since yesterday.
