installation error in RC3 was created by Roland

Hello,

I tried to install the RC3 on Joomla 1.0.13, CB 1.1.

It shows the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in .../htdocs/administrator/components/com_uddeim/admin.includes.php on line 315

Yes, its a bug. Added the primzilla too fast
