(FIX) Autocomplete does not work in J!1.5 was created by slabbi
There is a small bug which appears on some J!1.5 installation with SEF enabled.
To fix it open includes.php line 484 and remove sefRelToAbs( ) from the line so it should be
[code:1]$completeURL = "index2.php?option=com_uddeim&task=completeUserName&no_html=1";
