I would like to know if it's possible to include a picture of the person in the compose screen whenever you choose a name/username (see attached pic).

I know that this might not be necessary if you are looking at someone's profile and then decide to send him/her a PM. However, I think this could be beneficial for everyone that have their set-up to use real names instead of usernames.

If my site has three people whose name are John Smith, how can I tell who is who if I do not look at a picture or go directly to their profile?

I have been playing a little bit trying to get this accomplished but since I am not a programmer, it has been very frustating (to say the least).

I know that this might not be good for sites that had a lot of members, but I think that this could be something given to website administrator as an option in the backend of uddeIM. Maybe the pic could be "called" using some AJAX!
