My site brings this error when i try to click on read message:



SQL errorDB function failed with error number 1146
Table 'gicug_com.jos1_uddeim_emn' doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO jos1_uddeim_emn (status, popup, public, userid) VALUES (1, 1, 0, 66)
SQL =
INSERT INTO jos1_uddeim_emn (status, popup, public, userid) VALUES (1, 1, 0, 66)

Well, it seems that the table does not exist. Have you installed uddeIM with the Joomla installer?

Yes i did install the first uddeim and then later deleted it and install 1.1. The first one was working fine. But when installed the new, it has failed to send or read message. What should i do. Is it to delete everything and install afresh?

When you update uddeIM you should check the README.

When you have installed a stone old version of uddeIM I recommend to deinstall it and to remove all uddeIM tables from your database.

Deinstalling and installing a new version does not modify existing tables.
