I ahve an interesting scenario I'd like to run by you folks. I'm using CBSubs 4.0.1 with CB 2.0.12 on Joomla 3.4.8. I have CBSubs configure with two gateways, PayPal and Offline payment. The system is working fine. Here's where my Use Case breaks for me.

Many times our members just call us to renew and provide payment. The do not login to the website and pay via Mail-in payment. Some our members are website illiterate and never log in.

If I go into the Subscriptions tab within the CB User Profile, I see the appropriate plan and money due. If I click renew/reactivate, it updates the subscription table, but does not add a basket item so I can pay and record the transaction.

How can I manually renew a member from the backend and have a transaction go into the payment basket so I can record the amount and check number?
