well, this is a dhtml calendar developed by somebody else. Have you tried in the website of the developer?

i reckon you are more likely to get help there.

Sorry, I'm stumped. I tried hard, but I can't reproduce your problem. could enter fine dates as early as 1.1.1900.

Could you please help me by indicating me exact setup ?

- Joomla and CB version ?
- Date display type setting for CB ?
- Browser type, version and OS ?
- PHP version ?

As well as information on when this happens:

- When is the date getting wrong ?
- Is the date displayed correctly in the field when you click on the date ?
- Or is it only when saving the date ?
- Happens at registration only or also at user edit ?

calndar does not pop up for me on IE7 with standard config...
NOW IN THE END a better solution is really needed... and moreover the calendar is not really easy to navigate for early years... so much of a hazzle to click 5o time the arrows to get back to 1957.. oh my... any other solution in sight yet?

edit: the best solution would be to have three dropdowns for day, month, year... somebody plese do that!

What exact date format do you use ? e.g. mm.dd.yy ? or mm-dd-yyyy ?

Which of the 2 available CB 1.1 calendars do you use (global cb config) ?
