Retistraion E-mails not sending

Yeah, in the CB Configuration I have it set to Yes for Require E-mail Confirmation and No for Require Admin Approval. I've tried using both PHP mail and sendmail in my site's Global Configuration. I've attatched a screen shot of my CB config.

I haven't tried the SMTP yet (mainly because my webhost for this domain doesn't provide it). I suppose I could test it with one of my other domains though.

Well... I just tested it using the SMTP mail from one of my other domains and the registration e-mail did arrive with that method.

It's odd that it works that way but not with either sendmail or PHP mail function (yet the other mailing features on my site work fine with Joomla's mail config set to both sendmail and PHP mail function).

I'd really prefer to use either PHP mail or sendmail as opposed to an SMTP relay (for security and possible domain blacklisting reasons...).

ugh....

LOL

Just out of interest,
Are you using a hotmail address as the admin address, or similar, (gmail etc)?
I'm having another problem here. It's sending to my admin address, but not to the signups!

Might be a problem with sending as someone!

This is the point!
Jommla 1.012 and CB 1.0.2 have the problem that no CB-system emails are send to users. Joomla Core is working well. So i guess it is a CB problem and they wont support it. Why?

Hello, I have exactly the same problem, it is very strange because the web site was working fine for several weeks but now unexpected way the cblogin module, only send and email to the registered user BUT DOES NOT SEND the email to admin or moderator.

That is a big problem because the administrator does not know when a new user is registered.

I will apreciate too much any help to solve this problem.

Best Regards.
Miguel
