I would like to have a kind of plugin for the registration :

Depending of conditions :
- IP range,
- country,
- keyword found in the registration fields
- ???

The state of the account may be active OR pending approval. The mail sent may reflect the state (because there is a different mail ["your membership is active" OR "your membership is pending approbation"], not explaining the state because this is due to the admins/moderators' discretion).

I found that this may be a must have, in order to prevent SPAM or unwanted accounts. Because a few people may mess your website, the problem MUST be fixed in the first steps of the workflow.

Ex : if we know that somebody registers several times to spam, he MUSTN'T know that we have put a kind of sandbox to protect the website. If it's a false alert, then, the moderators may approve its account. We know him from its IP range or by entering the same personal infos.
