I would like to see the ability to have public users send e-mails to registered users. Maybe have this as an option that you can turn on in the config panel, with a flood control so that public users have to wait a certian timeframe before sending another e-mail. Would be most helpful for folks like me who need that functionality and have had to come up with really complex work arounds.

I know this has probably been asked for many times, but it would indeed be most helpful.
