Just got xHTMLsuite and it's by far the most stable editor we've used.

One of its main features is per-user or group editor profiles, for example where the editor looks for files and images. It would be cool to have a plugin capable of auto-created individual user folders and modifying all xhtmlsuite user profiles with the path to the right folder.

Does anything like this exist, and I've no idea about creating plugins

Just thought I'd mention while writing that Joomblog is really shaping up! Version 3rc3 is just out with some cool new features: www.joomlafreeware.com. The developer is modifying core files which isn't too good though.
