frist make the country and work field required .. then a module will show him a random/newest/top rated/online member list that are from his country if u choose country in the module manager or view him a ... member list that work his same work if he choose work ...

notes :
1.i think it will better if this allowed for all field not only country and work field
2.for sure the module will view the member name and avateur
3.the number viewed per module 1-2-3-...all if all a footer link to page (start 1 - 2 end) that is because if i want to add this module to a static page to allow member view all the member list

you can make the fields required at registration in the field management section.

The plugin does not seem too difficult, why not give it ago yourself?

Each Profile Field is a network that can connect people example if you are from egypt and wanna to know people from egypt u can go to the Egypt Network page (Under Country Network System) and find blocks one contain random people from this network and a link for browse all members and another blocks each show last Events/Groups/Topics/ ... Added By people in this network only "here from egypt " and for sure adding All ur fields in ur profile will be linked now to each network page .. this completely differant from group system
