add picture when new registering was created by yuzef
i woulBd like to discusse about possiblity to put the Browse Button, use for picture uploading when new user is registering.
that should be in the registering page ofcourse. while new user is registering them selves, name, email and password and they also can upload they picture.
i'm sorry for my bad english here.
