I did some searching on Google and within these forums. I wasn't able to find a definitive answer, but I found a quote!

My question is how do we disable or redirect the Login fields of phpBB to prevent dual registration?

only 1 direction from CB to phpBB is supported... so it is also recommened to redirect the login/logout and registration links to the same link for CB.

forge.joomla.org/sf/docman/do/listDocuments/projects.phpbb_connector/docman.root contains a document that talks about disabling registration... you can do the same with the login links but I would redirect them to the Joomla/CB URL for login/logout instead.

You will need to go into the templates and included files (don't remember which ones at the moment) and modifiy those links... phpBB does not have an editable easy way to change this...
