hi guys,
thanks for the tool,

I was wondering is it possible just to convert from phpbb to CB? I dont want to keep phpbb after that.

Not sure what you are wanting to convert... but if you just want the users transferred from phpBB to CB you can do that with the connector control panel (import to CB)... then uninstall the connector and phpbb and you should be ok.
