Ok I think I fixed the error message issue by installing the patch provided on another thread.


Now I am getting the 404 not found.

I been reading the threads in here but I can't seem to comprehend what exactly can be done to fix this. I have PHP register_globals setting to ON because my server insists that they cannot change this.

What can I do to make this plug in work.

Ok so I saw this on another thread..

I typed this into my address bar..
www.mysite.com/joomla/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_phpbbconnector/phpbbgui.php

and then the link changes to this

www.mysite.com/joomla/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_phpbbconnector/index.php?mosmsg=Admin%20Session%20Expired
What does this mean??

Try downloading and installing v1.0.3 from cbconnector.com... let me know what issues you have...

on the last message the %20 is translation for a space in the URL... A URL should not typically have spaces, but if it does then you will see a %20 in its place... not an issue... but in this case there should not be a space.

Sorry for the super late reply.

For some reason, it did not work in firefox. I used IE and everything worked fine. weird huh?
