My copy of functions.php for phpbb version 2.0.22 does not have a unHtmlspecialchars function.

yes is the version Orion of PhpBB.

It looks as though Orion is conflicting with a Community Builder function. So my guess is that you would need to rename the function in Orion and make sure that it was changed throughout the Orion code... say maybe replace all "unhtmlspecialchars" with "orion_unhtmlspecialchars" in the Orion modded phpbb code... probably could do the same to the CB code as an alternate but my guess is that it might cause issues with other CB plugins... so I think it is safer to change the Orion code...
