I am really happy with the PHPBB_Connector for Joomla/CB site.

However, I have mistakenly linked a PHPBB user to the wrong CB user. Is it possible to unlink and fix this?

From the Admin side you can go into the CB User Management Screen, select the user to modify then on their 'Forum' tab you should see their forum id... you can either correct this number (should match the user number in phpbb) or you can delete the number and save then use the control panel to resync
