Hi guys

just realised that my users cannot add a signature now that I integrated with cbconnector..

Is there a solution? or must I wait for the fabled V.2.0

If you left the link enabled in phpbb for profiles then you can edit the signature there in phpbb... otherwise you would need to wait until v2 comes out as you suggested...
