[solved] Recover from admin login blocked out

This has been posted by another guy with the same stupid question. It worked for the smarter guy who first posted the question here, but not for me. I even don't know how to edit the user table in phpmyadmin. I would be very pleased if you could tell me more about that.:blush:

Sorry molee... I could have sworn the usernames were the same when I looked. I was distracted by a printer mishap.

If you aren't familiar with changing a database, I'd have someone do it for you... unless someone with more knowledge than me can post a query for you.

If you want to try yourself, backup first! Then use phpMyAdmin to go into the database. Select your joomla database. Find jos_comprofiler and Browse. Find the username that's blocked, choose edit and change confirmed column from 0 to 1.
