I also tried doing a local install, on my machine using MAMP and the same problem happened.

The code you mentioned does exist, but in admin.comprofiler.controller.php and not admin.comprofiler.html.php

I can't see why it's happening but have edited the ue_config.php file and changed the following

$ueConfig

from 0 to 1 and this now shows on the registration tab as "yes...."

So I've found a way round it but can't see what is different to previously.

I have the same exact problem. Have uninstalled and re-installed CB three times, to no avail.

I've discovered this is not a Joomla or CB problem.
It is a browser problem. If I use Firefox, No drop down menus are working for some reason, which I need to workout.

However, if I use Safari, it works fine.
