I have searched the forums for this one and maybe I'm the only one with the problem, which is embarrassing, but here it is.

I unzipped the main CB zip, disabled the Joomla default log in module, then attempted an ordinary install of the com_comprofiler.zip file. I got the message "Unable to find install package".

I then tried the manual method of ftping the unzipped com_comprofiler folder and placing the address into the Install Directory field and clicked "Install". Same error.

I do notice that the installation guide refers to the "comprofiler.zip" package and the "cblogin.zip" package, but my download (today) contains "com_profiler.zip" and "mod_cblogin.zip".

Can someone assist with this please?

Note my similar and pending issue here .

Did you use the full path to the directory?

I used the path exactly as shown in the installation instructions. Excepting that the instructions talked about comprofiler.zip and in fact the file is actually com_comprofiler.zip.

I have no idea what I could have done that is wrong.
