I am in the process of setting up the fields in my site...now is there any way of short circuiting the back end and populating them direct into the database?

The reason why I am asking is that on one field I have a pull down menu and I have to populate it with over 150 options...it is proving troublesome cause I have to scroll up and down all the time to press the add new option button.

Is there a mysql script or something that I could run it direct into the mysql database?

Insert one value and then see the content of table jos_comprofiler_field_values. After this you will easily figure what you need to insert to the DB.
