Is there anybody who can help me with my connection problem?

I cant make a connection to an other member. I do see the manage connections button but when I click on connections > request connection nothing more happens.
So no notification to the other cb member.

I turned the notification option on email & PMS.

Is there somebody who can help me, pleaze!!! I'm trying to solve this problem almost all day!
