How to force user to change username and password

How to force user to change username and password was created by zuze
I need your help....
The new user will be created by the admin and login information will be sent to the user.
When user logs in for the first time he/she needs to be prompted to change the login name and password.
I was thinking that the second part of Lost Password recovery process script can be utilized.
( index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=lostPassword )
Thank you in advance for any advice and solutions.
I am using J! 1.0.13 and CB 1.1
