i'd like to use joomla/CB to manage residents of an assisted living center.

i need the staff to be able to add new users (residents) to the system while they're logged into joomla's frontend, but going to the registration page only gives the "you're already logged in" message.

is it possible to always have the registration page show instead of that message?
