TinyMCE - frontend/backend

Joomla! 1.0.15, CB1.1

I am using mamblog as my blog component. What i am trying to do is set different options for the tinyMCE editor for the frontend and backend - what i want is limited options in the frontend but at the same time still keep all the options in the backend.

Is this possible? So far it seems as though it is not.

Anybody got any ideas on this?

I have come up with a solution to this however it is not ideal, but works for the mean time...

I have installed JCE editor- set it up to my requirements and set it as the default editor, so now when a new user signs up they are assigned the Editor that i want them to use.

All admin users have to be set up manually in the DB. Set the parameters in the #__users table to editor=tinymce.

Thus i have 2 different editors for front/back end with different editing options.
