I'm running J1.0.15 on MySQL DB 5.0.67, PHP Version: 4.3.11 and running CB 1.1

I have around 10,000 registered members and I receive regular complaints about not being able to reset their passwords.

I was able to replicate the error numerous times with my admin and test accounts on the live site. It throws "Password Reset Failed!"

The problem is in the PHP mail function. I switch to SMTP and problem solved.
