a recent post shown similar context, i read and it goes more complex and didnt' get answer.
precisely problem is

on creating / updating profile, user has first name, last name and email in settings
but it doesn't show up in "contact info" tab.

it seems logical because i can send email from top menu. and see his name as well. but is there a way to show
first name
last name
user name
email
in contact info tab where his rest of details are showing like cell, team, dept etc.
this will be more helpful, specially if i don't want to use email feature from CB.
