Hello,
Nice work on the new CB 1.2RC2!
I've noticed that some pre-defined field select Yes or No for Searchable in users-lists?: But when creating a new field it's by default No! Can I change that? Such as I want to create a Industry field to be searcable...
Please advise?

A field must be published to be searchable, so your eyes are not failing you. When you create a new field, you have to save it as published before you'll be able to go back and make it searchable.
