Can it be right the CB1.2 dont have the option for if / then statements ?

I am about to start working on a community for "bikers" so when a user reg on the site and enter the information for what bike there have, it has to be some thing like this..

If a user select´s a

Yamaha in the downdown the next dropdown displayes the Yamaha´s models.

user select´s a Kawazaki the next dropdown displayes the Kawazaki´s models.

etc...

Is there any way i can do it with CB1.2 ? (i dont think so, but it would be nice.)

if it cant be done, can someone guide to another cms who can ?

It would have to be made as a plugin from what I understand, because I requested the same thing for multiple dropdowns on Country -> State

Unless you know how to code, we'll have to wait for this one till someone picks up the idea and runs with it.
