When I BAN a user, I want that user to have NO ability to do anything on the site, like post forum posts. But apparently to do that one needs to BLOCK the user.
It is somewhat of a PITA to have to go into the CB back end to do that. It would be GREAT to have BLOCK USER in the CB moderation menu along with ban user.
