Hello,
can i use Community Builder on company website or community website?
This is Commercial use i think.
But on extensions.joomla.org is description "Non-Commercial" use.

Can i legally use this on company website or community website?

I must pay some money? It's free or not?

Non-Commercial means you don't have to purchase Community Builder. Many use it on pay sites. As a matter of fact, the Subscriptions Plugin will probably help you when it's released if you choose to purchase it. :)
