I have 2 questions regarding CB:

1. I need to manage group of users giving them different access level and different content visualization. Alco I neet to register for each user some information such as Company name, address... Could Community Builder do this?

2.I need to import a list of user from external database ( I could have this list by a csv or xls file). I have read about CB Juice. Is it what I'm looking for?

Registering the information is very easy and flexible.

Managing groups of employees with different access levels will take a plugin, such as the Paid Subscription Plugin coming out after CB 1.2 or another user management extension or plugin.
