Hi I noticed this on mine as well...the fields ARE actually there, but the font is SO tiny that it looks like a line. The fields are properly being displayed but at a VERY small font size. Let me know if that bit of information helps you fix the problem and then please post how the solution. I'm working on this as well.

It is supposed to aid humans in readability of long lists.

You _can_ use it, but if you don't like it just define identical styles for odd and even lines.
