Can't seem to get the combinations working.
We have 2 parent plans that both have multiple children
eg they select the type of membership Parent A or Parent B then the child plan. This works fine if you have it all set to Exclusive eg both parents and child plans.
I now want to have a donation plan available that can be separately selectable.
When I only display the URL to the donation plan which is set to non-exclusive I get an error message indicating that I have not select one of the membership plans eg parent A or Parent B. But in this case for donations they don't have to have a membership plan.

I tried to set the parent plans to non-exclusive and this work for the donation plan eg no error and they can donate but when doing the membership plans the parent and child come up in the selected list. eg looks like I selected two plans but it should just be the child that is displayed not parent and child.

Is this combination possible?
