Restrict access to a page depending on a Community builder fields selection

Restrict access to a page depending on a Community builder fields selection was created by danpoole
Hi, Before I re register to CB I need to know the following:

I am wanting to restrict access to a page depending on a Community builder fields selection.

Here is the scenario,
* Let's say there is a CB fields called 'Access level' and it has 3 checkboxes [level 1] [level 2] [level 3], this field it only editable by admin.
* There is an article I only want viewable by anyone who has [level 3] checked.

Please note that the restriction has to come from the Community Builder Field selection. Is this possible to do this with CB?

CBSubs can do this.
Joomla ACL can do this if users are in the proper Joomla group.
CB Auto Actions can be used to put a user in such a group based on a cb field value.
