We would like users to be automatically logged out upon unsubscription. Is there a setting we are missing for this?

we came up with a work-around for this. We set all items in the user menu (except Log Out) to Registered access. Log Out was set to public access.
Once someone unsubscribes, they loose access to the protected items and only have the option to log out.
