Folks,

I have a strange problem that I can't seem to pinpoint. All of our expiration dates are set to the first of the month. We provide a 30 day grace period. All of our 9/1/2011 members expired properly today, once I triggered the mass expire. We send a notification email through CBSubs upon expiration. The strange think is that 3 of the folks did not receive an email. These folks are in plans that other members did receive the email. I get a copy in my email, so I see what messages went out. The 3 emails that did not generate, did expire properly meaning the status changed to Expire and the user id was blocked in CB. I am running the CB 1.7 and CBSUBS 1.2.2. Any idea as to why these emails did not generate? I checked my span and junk mail and the messages are not there either. Any insight would be appreciated.

Please disregard! The last 3 messages just came through in my email. Not sure why 14 came through and then 3, but that's OK.
