Sorry, but I can get through. In the Integrations settings VirtueMart it shows two differend groups:

User and Shopper Group

What exactly is the difference? Could not find anything in the Docu.

User groups define the role within virtuemart:

shopper, admin, demo ..

Shopper groups define to which group of shoppers (customers) you belong. For instance
standard, silver, gold, ...

for each group of customers you can have different prices. for example for wholesales and retail clients you can define different prices.
Also you couald differentiate between gold and silver customers, giving different discounts. Now you can use CBsubs to keep track of members in these shopper groups,; having customers pay for instance m:ore for a gold card, but get more discount.
