Signup Address information

Have a question regarding member signup. When I used "Load Sample Data", from the admin back office, the address information added to my fields tab and shown on the registration page.
I have a problem when new members register. They are asked for their address information. When taken to the next screen they are asked to verify their info. But the info is not there for them to verify and they must add their address again.
Only thing that is shown is their first and last name.
How do I fix this?

CBSubs -> Settings -> Display -> Invoices -> take address from CB fields: select the CB fields
